How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches out to Russellyou Mold Help should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise With Us
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Russellyou Mold Help
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Russellyou Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@russellyou.world and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
